「泊單車收費，水吧要100歐元按金應預先說明！收費後要十天才退回不合理。退房時沒有帳單！說會電郵給我，兩星期仍未收到！提供的風扇壞了，要求更換，只有一把微型風扇。前台服務員說只是學生，什麼也未能幫忙！餐廳酒店管理很有問題！如要帳單，要再電郵酒店索取，十分不合理！ 」
