「床不舒服，地點還可以，但自助服務和押金過程很複雜都無法用英文讀取，所以，要親自寫Mail處理」

「We were sent a code for the property via a WhatsApp chat and check in was very easy. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. 「La piscine intérieure, sauna et le staff était de qualité. Le restaurant était bon mais chère.」

「Couldn’t fault anything perfect location helpful staff and lovely quirky room」

「It was a pleasure. The view is stunning. The apartment is clean, everything that is needed can be found there and the overall location is very nice. I would absolutely recommend it」

「Gute Lage」

Close to a University and the small room layout reminded me of my son’s upgraded...

「Good cost benefit. Good location, we stayed for three days there, with an easy check-in.」

「Make sure to go right next to the apartment to check in! There's a big sign that says San Carlo Hotel - you check in there for the apartment. Clean, big, has AC, very close to everything. Very good for the price.」

「Very comfortable, absolutely best location for me, welcoming staff.」

「The staff Juliet is helpful!the room is big and the surroundings are quiet.we used the garage and the packing is not easy cause the gate is not big.overall the place is good and safe.」
