Was at the property for 4 days and there was no wifi in the room over the full duration of the trip. More than disappointing. Main Office also did not have wifi service.

Um review prático para brasileiros. Conjunto de apartamentos com piscina e acesso a excelente praia. Valeu MUITO o preço e a estadia foi excelente. Praia limpa e muito bonita, porém com acesso pago para quem não está nos hoteis a beira mar. Apartamento completo. Sem a frescura que o lençol não era do jeito que eu gostava ou não gostei da cor da porta como vejo em muitas avaliações. Vale a pena!!! Prox a mercados e restaurantes.

It's right on the beach, which is great. But you will have to go to the front desk to get a beach pass, walk through a security gate to then get to yet another security gate to finally get a wrist band to get on the beach. This is Ocho Rios, not the hotel. Security is tight. The hotel has old world charm, but it can show its age. But I will say, sitting out on the balcony during a rain storm, drinking a Red Stripe, listening to some jazz, it was great. There is a little shop that has snacks and beers, wine, sodas, etc. Restaurant has good food, and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's not a resort, so keep that in mind. But if you want something with some character, please stay here. Enjoy the history. It will be worth it.

It was a nice place, clean, safe and well maintained. Reception girls must to be more friedly. Access to beach is good, the bad thing is the sea water in the front hotel area smell bad (sewage) and there are many algaes and is not pleasant swim in this area, but if you go to the other side of the beach the water is not so smelly and the bottom of the beach is sandy.restaurant in resort is ok. Safety staff are nice. Quiet place at night you can rest properly

I loved the location and the staff was great. I also loved the restaurant inside of sandcastle's the food was very good and well prepared. I loved it so much,I will be returning for a week in November at the end of the month and yes I have already booked and paid for my stay and this is how much I loved it...

There is ABSOLUTELY nothing bad I can say about this place. The room was clean. The owner was very nice and hospitable. She explained everything. When there was an issue she took care of it immediately. Even when she saw us on the street she would go out of her way to greet us. The place is beautiful. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The front desk staff was so nice. Always greeted with a smile and they were very attentive. The beach is a three minute walk. Sunkissed Suites is centrally located near everything. You can walk everywhere which is nice because I love to walk. I felt very safe there like I was home. LOVED IT THERE!!! Can't wait to go back and stay at Sunkissed Suites at Sandcastles

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a lovely suite overlooking the beach. It’s an older property that needs a bit a sound proofing but other than that the experience was lovely!

Nice first time.

It’s was my first time to Jamaica it was a great experience I will do again but book a different room. The WiFi sucked though
