The room was so spacious! We had a well stacked kitchen and 2 bathrooms and a huge king size bed. The terrace was lovely!

My friend and I stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the top floor of one of the buildings on the property. It had a great terrace, very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Kitchen was vital. The cove is very nice for swimming and our friends were in other apartments on the property. Melody in the office was extremely helpful for setting up airport transfer and other rides. I would probably look into renting a car, the resort is awesome in that it’s quiet for relaxing and out of the busy areas, but that also made it more complex for me to move about as freely as I’m used to. I would stay here again, thank you for everything!

This resort is the worst one I have stayed in the north coast of Jamaica.The units on this property are individually owned and rented via a management company. Some of the units like Unit C3 seemed to be in good working order. The unit I was assigned(A1) was not fit to be leased. The bathroom toilets did not flush, one of the the toilet discharge lines was leaking onto the bathroom floor, the sliding glass door could not be closed, the window in the master bedroom could not be closed, the floor tiles in one bedroom were cracked(with sharp edges) and loose, there were missing tiles in both bathrooms, kitchen, dead flies around the unit (stopped counting after 15), water heater in room closet was moldy and had a minor leak.

It has no elevator, the room was missing a blind, the bathroom was very old, the rusty electric kettle and the cable overheated, the kitchen does not work, it was not extremely clean. It is a bit far from the center. You have to go by taxi everywhere. I do not recommend it, you can get better places for the same price.

The property was clean and had great amenities - beach, pool, kitchen, A/C in the bedroom, huge balcony, and more. The security and house keeper were great but the front desk staff was underwhelming. I was sent an email asking for a copy of my ID which was unprecedented and set my alarms off because of how much fraud there is nowadays. I communicated by email and phone with a staff member several times including the day before my arrival. This same staff member then forgot to leave the key to the apartment and was soooo unapologetic when asked about it. Her whole attitude was "Yeah I forgot so what!". I had to wait 40 minutes to get keys on the day of my arrival. The other front desk woman was an older woman with glasses who could barely bother to look up from her computer to even speak to us the two times we went by the front desk. I've never seen someone so put out by having to speak to a guest. This property needs to elevate with better front desk employees.

Breathtaking

This place is absolutely amazing!!!! It was so peaceful. It's right on ocean, and their pool is 8ft so you can actually swim. The apartment was beyond what I expected I've never been more pleased with a hotel that I've stayed at before. I will definitely be staying again when I visit in December

I loved this hotel, it was in a great location and the view from the room was unbelievable. There were a few quirks about the place that should be noted. The first is the no option maid service. This was very strange as the housekeeper had her own room in the back with bathroom, washer/dryer and a bed. As a result I was not sure if she was coming though the front door or if she slept overnight...creepy. Her cleaning time was about 2.5 hours because she didnt bring new bedding only but also cleaned, ironed and folded while we sat trying to enjoy our beautiful room. The next point I have to bring up is the fact that we have a beautiful 2 bedroom place but as it turned out only paid for one bedroom. However the door was not locked to the other room and even the maid thought we had free access to both rooms. Subsequently I was called to the principles office where i was interrogated about using the other room. They ultimately did not charge me because I had no way of knowing that the room in the room I was renting was off limits? Be careful as I see this as a trick to charge you more money. Finally do not expect much information or activities planning from the front desk. Most of my info came from Taylor the friendly gate guard, as to where food and shopping and such was located. For the most part this was a very enjoyable stay and I give them 4 out of 5 fingers!

Unexpected paradise. Very clean and very safe! Everything was above average, but most things were great. Very spacious. Easy check in and check out. Having a personal cook and maid was an unexpected pleasure. Not only was Pauline a great cook, she also was great source of information.

Nice location, needs repairs

We loved the location of this property. A few restaurants, small grocery store and art gallery within walking distance. The ocean was right outside our door. The beach area was nice. The property did have some broken windows and door knobs that needed repairs. Housekeeper entered the property after we left for the day but never tidied the room so it was a bit odd that she waited until we left to come in.
