「We booked wine tasting and dinner in advance. It was a great experience, especially relaxing at the swimming pool. All the staff were very nice. We enjoyed out stay very much.」

「Sadly our flights were cancelled due to the UK Air Traffic Control technical issue on Sep 8. All flights were impacted. Our rebooked flight was also cancelled. I contacted Expedia to see if they could contact the hotel and explain our situation. Expedia spoke to Mateo who advised Expedia that he could not cancel the reservation and issue a credit. While I completely understand that this was last minute but it was due to a very unfortunate issue in the UK.」

「Absolutely Not 5 star, should be 3 star at best. I only book 5 star and have never been disappointed in Italy, regardless of staying in small towns like Bolsena. Overall Under staffed, at least for 5 star. The single pool staff person would leave for hours at a time each day, leaving you unable to get drinks or food. The Included Breakfast was pretty typical for Italian hotels, the serving staff also makes the omelettes. So no coffee or service if someone orders bacon and eggs. Also the food...

「It’s difficult to say if it was a hotel issue or just being in Europe. Water pressure for shower was only available in the morning. And refrigerator was set really warm. Otherwise great staff and fantastic breakfast.」

「The hotel was a very nice experience overall. The property is quaint and unique. Great views. I opted for the breakfast and dinner option which was highly recommended. Dinner was a 4 course tasty meal with a very good deal. Breakfast could use more varieties. 」

Location pazzesca Vista su Orvieto davvero magnifica Struttura antica ristrutturata benissimo La piscina è bella e posizionata bene ma con qualche pecca :la pulizia e la manutenzione..purtroppo il pavimento della piscina è scollato e pieno di aria sotto…sembra di stare su un galleggiante.. La location pero è talmente bella che si puo sorvolare. Il prezzo un po altino rispetto a strutture simili.」
