Incredible place

Honestly, one of the best hotels, if not the best, that I've ever stayed in. Just the location is incredible. 2 hrs of off roading through a national park seeing zebras, giraffes, elephants, and then when you start wandering where are you going, you see houses of the resort on a huge beach that is just unreal. The houses are so clean, everything works pefectly, the food out of this world, and one of the best services that I've seen. And I've been to some of the best hotels in the world that can't even come close to this one. I can't recommend it enough

The front desk people were rather nasty, I made a mistake on my booking and then didn’t want to help me out. It wasn’t until I got upset that they resolved it! Customer service is sadly lacking here in Moz.
