「The internet service was spotty during our stay (which they admitted was a problem and they were fixing it). This is the main reason I gave only 4 stars. Otherwise, I really love the place. The location on the water is great. The restaurant, when open, is also great.」

「The rooms were very beautiful and well decorated. The glamping tents had such a cozy vibe that first beautifully with the view. At night there could be blasting music which the provided ear plugs is very helpful! The host was very welcoming and the place was very beautiful」

「Could not even check. My money was totally wasted. Made the reservation after 10 and didn't read the fine print that I would need to make arrangements with the hotel before 9 to get keys! Why did Expedia and the hotel take my money when I drove all that way and wasted that money for nothing! Extremely frustrating experience. Guess you always have to read the fine print. Corporate America is all too happy to steal your hard-earned money!」

「Ice machines did not work and the reception staffer pretended someone had just used up the ice from two machines rather than admitting they did not work. Also, their rooms have no coffee-maker, fridge or microwave; amenities that are usually available, even at economy motels.」

「It's been a while since we stayed there and always stayed on top floor before. My husband has a bad back and can't do the stairs so I requested a downstairs room. From the time the people upstairs came and through most of the night, it sounded like they were stomping back and forth in their room. Was really disturbing in the middle of the night.
