"Clean always my priority. The attached restaurant is good and a reasonable price. Also the cold breakfast buffet at $5 is definitely worth it. I think the building is older as the room was small and the bathroom is tiny but it is functional and again clean. The lady that checked me in was nice and had info for me. Check out was efficient. Free onsite parking which can be a challenge at some locations so that was good. Overall a good value "

"Beautiful house with a nice garden and a swimming pool. Cozy room with your own ensuite and air conditioning! Owner is very friendly and with a kind heart. Breakfast is amazing! "Der Ausblick! Die große Panoramaterrasse vor unserem Zimmer! Die Ruhe! Die nur kurzen Wege nach Montegridolfo, Montefiore Conca, Gradara und zum Meer! Allem voran die Wirtsleute! Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank, ein helles Bad mit allem, was man braucht, Parkplatz im Hof und gutes WLAN. Gutes Frühstück, bei dem unsere Gastgeber gerne auf unsere Spezialwünsche eingegangen sind. Kurz: perfekter Aufenthalt!"
