Das Hotel liegt in einem "ausgesprochenen" Ski Gebiet. Und so ist es auch entsprechend ausgerichtet. Man sprach Englisch und es gab alle Dinge wie Restaurant, Bar etc. Da der Sommertourismus nicht sehr groß ist wurde alles entsprechend reduziert. Kann man verstehen.

Formidable

Un séjour formidable dans un hôtel familial, la propriétaire est très accueillante et sympathique, le personnel très agréable ( surtout les deux dames du petit déjeuner) literie top salle de bain neuve ! Très bien situé, un vrai coups de cœur, nous y retournerons très vite !

Hôtel chaleureux, un personnel très agréable, j'avais oublié mes bagues dont une "ma bague de fiançailles" donc j'y tiens énormément. Après avoir appelé, ils ont retrouvé mes bagues. ils me l'ont envoyé en recommandé, cela me gêne car ils ont payé (j'avais proposé d'envoyer un chèque mais ils ont refusé) mais cela prouve le sérieux de cet hôtel et la gentillesse MERCI A VOUS TOUS, de plus le restaurant est de très bonne qualité. Je recommande cet hôtel et son personnel.

Hotel et restaurant très bien

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel très confortable, silencieux et avec une très bonne literie. J'ajoute que nul besoin d'aller loin puisque le restaurant attenant, le Dormiouse, propose un rapport qualité/quantité/ prix très intéressant et servi avec le sourire (malgré le masque).

Mi figue mi raison

Personnel sympathique qui font des efforts pour satisfaire les clients mais on dirait vraiment qu'ils manquent de moyen humain (service au restaurant et femme de ménage) pour arriver à être au top. C'est dommage. Dans la chambre pour une arrivée à partir de 15h nous sommes arrivés à 16h30 passées et le ménage n'était pas encore fini. Et quel ménage ?! Le parterre non aspiré, sous le lit des moutons !!! Et de la poussière sur les meubles. Cependant, au restaurant malgré une attente un peu longue les portions sont assez généreuses et les plats sont bons. L'accueil est sympathique. Le ménage au sol est un bémol mais cela ne nous a pas gâché notre séjour. Avis qui doit être constructif et non éliminatoire. Mais il fallait que je le dise. Famille de 4 personnes dont 2 jeunes enfants.

Accueil sympathique. Chambre double standart qui me semble d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Lit confortable. Tout ce qu'il faut point de vue aménagement. En revanche le sol n'etait pas fait, traces et poils visibles dans la salle de bain. Joints de salle de bain pas top. Carreaux un peu cassés, bouton de chasse d'eau wc cassée et support pommeau de douche cassé aussi. Donc partie sanitaire à rénover, sinon le reste est bien. Etat général correct.
