We had an overall pleasant stay. The staff were especially friendly and attentive during breakfast and dinner—always welcoming with a smile, which really made a difference. The food was surprisingly good for a hotel of this category, with generous portions and fresh ingredients. The location is also a big plus, very close to TGV train station—convenient to everything we needed and easy to get around. Given the amenities and service, the price was very reasonable. A couple of drawbacks to note: our room DID NOT HAVE A SMALL REFRIGERATOR, which would have been useful, and there was NO room view to speak of, which made the space feel a bit closed in. The room #202 looked over a roof top. Still, for the value and service, we’d consider staying again.

They never cleaned my room during the 5 days I stayed at the hotel. The water from the shower flooded over to the floor and to the corridor outside. The restaurant was ok.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a very disappointing experience. Towels & basic amenities: We booked for 2 adults and a baby, but only received 2 towels total. When we asked for extras, we were charged €2 per towel. No pool towels were available either, and the pool itself was uncomfortably cold. The room came with 2 sachets of instant coffee at check-in, but housekeeping never replenished them during our entire stay. For a hotel, this level of stinginess with basic items is unacceptable. Cleanliness & maintenance: The room was not properly clean. The shower didn’t work for 2 days, which was extremely inconvenient. Even worse, I cut my finger on a sharp edge of the bathtub and bled heavily — a serious safety hazard that should never exist in a hotel room. Overall, the combination of poor service, lack of upkeep, and unsafe conditions left us deeply dissatisfied. This hotel does not meet even basic hospitality standards, and I cannot recommend it. Positive was free parking and it’s kid friendly!

Nettes Hotel mit Luft nach oben

Freundlicher Empfang. Gutes Bett, leider nur mäßig sauber im Zimmer, Spinnweben an mehreren Orten. Leider war das Restaurant am Abend geschlossen obwohl überall Werbung war 7/7 geöffnet. Wir waren von der langen Fahrt sehr müde und mussten so leider zum Abendessen nochmals das Hotel verlassen, schade. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Hotel für Zwischenstopp geeignet.
