「Check-in easy, but online - no reception, but nice communication through WhatsApp Kitchen dark and not cosy. Shared living room disgusting. Looked like the floor had not been cleaned for 3 years. Bathroom had a lot of black mold which is unhealthy. Room had only blue-ish ceiling lighting, that looked like something from a public bathroom for avoiding junkies. 「Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. (Wir konnten bei der Reinigung auch eine andere Suite einsehen.) Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, welches wir an der Rezeption, sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch an der Poolbar und im Restaurant (Alma) erleben konnten. Frühstück und Speisen im Restaurant sind top. Die Buchung der Massage, können wir auch empfehlen.」
