Although the listing stated it was a non-smoking unit, evidence of smoking including odors, stains, and cigarette butts was present in various areas. Trash bags were found on the balcony, and cleanliness throughout the apartment was inadequate; stains and grease were noticeable on surfaces, appliances, and cookware. "The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

"Nice looking apartment within walking distance from the train station and a busstop right across the street. Public transport is free in Luxembourg, so you can get to nearly all interesting places by jumping on bus 9. The apartment itself has everything you'd need. Nice modern bathroom and kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The only thing to note was a slight smell in.the kitchen, but that was gone after a day or so. I'm guessing it was due to a cleaning session or maybe an unused drain. "

"The condo was at the bottom of a long hill, not good for seniors. The shower unit needs repairing - two substantial leeks. Upon arrival all towels were quite wet and rolled up at the end of the beds soaking wet. The pillows had barely any filling in them. Otherwise, clean and well stocked kitchen. "

"Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night. We had a lovely stay. Check in was flawless and the ladies were extremely friendly. We arrived a little early but not a problem. We were able to park in the below ground garage. There is a charge for this but it is very safe and convenient with a lift to all floors. We were also able to leave our bags in secure lockers. The room was great. Large and with a very comfortable bed. It was clean and the shower hot and powerful. There is free water, tea and coffee on the ground floor. The walk to the tram stop is an easy 5 minute and all public transport in Luxembourg is free! There is a large mall with supermarket right next door."
