"Stayed in December during our visit to Pairi Daiza and Brugge. We stayed in a clean, spacious room and if you didn’t get it cleaned for a day you’d get a bar voucher. The reception staff were very polite and helpful.
We got to breakfast quite late in the morning so lots of the food had run out. Managed to catch the smoked salmon on one out of the two days. There’s a do it yourself egg station for boiling eggs which I thought was quite cute, but you must keep an eye on your egg so no one nabs it lol!
The restaurant is closed on Sunday, but we ate there on the Saturday evening. The server was very unfriendly and you could tell he didn’t want to be there. The food was ok, no complaints. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere, but we would stay again if en route somewhere. "

"Breakfast was good apart from the lack of eggs. The room was clean and comfortable. Strange there were no tea making facilities, plenty of coffee options but no tea.
Dinner was very good if a little pricey. Parking was very easy"

"Very nice hotel and lovely, quiet room. All very modern and clean. Beds are big and comfortable. Free bottle of water in the room, but no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. We did receive a voucher for a coffee/tea from the bar downstairs, which was a nice alternative. It was a proper coffee from a barista machine!
There’s a large hotel car park with plenty of parking. We did not eat breakfast, but it looked nice and plentiful.
