"The Biltmore is a lovely throwback to the Golden Age of Hollywood. It is still a beautiful hotel. The shower water pressure was amazing for such an aged gem. Everyone should definitely stay here at least once!"

"Room was expected size and had a mini fridge. Shower is very generously sized, but sink area is tiny, making it difficult for two guests to use. No breakfast buffet (we knew this ahead of time) but the breakfast area at the bar was handled very efficiently by usually two staff. Little wait time for coffee, more of a wait for any hot meal items. Good idea to verify your bill at checkout because I was charged for water in the room that I did not consume, and one day of breakfast that I had pre-paid. Both these items were removed when brought to the attention of the desk staff. Parking is in a multi-level structure attached to the hotel. It can be challenging to navigate and park in a larger vehicle. However, I did like that you can park on your assigned room floor."

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was nice in size and clean. IMO I was just expecting it to be more of a high end place. The carpets needed to be changed the elevators were old and extremely slow and the small white tiles in half of the room are so out dated. Needs a serious upgrading. The food choices for room service was pretty much breakfast only. $7.00 for a bottle of water in your room is ridiculous. I know it’s like that at other hotels also. When is a hotel going to figure out that you should not screw the people that are paying your salary. How about charge $3.00 a bottle which is still BS but not leave a sour taste in your customers mouth. I gave it 4 stars but honestly it’s more like a 3 star hotel. I have stayed in a heck of a lot nicer places for less."

"This is the only place I feel comfortable staying in Los Angeles. The subway is right across the street (on the rare occasion we have time to explore outside of the area) and Alfred Coffee being downstairs is perfect for folks here for work. There’s even an awesome egg sandwich shop across the street & TWO H Marts around the corner for snacks. The pool is also perfect during the summer & for the winter time, Wi Spa is just a mile up the road for “winter.” I’ve stayed here at least twice a year in the last 6 years and even when I try other areas or Airbnbs - I literally regret it and ONLY want to stay at the Line. I know I already talked about food BUT there’s so much around here ! Another honorable mention is the Plaza on Wilshire & Western - so many good eats in there, plus a Daiso, H Mart, SomiSomi, a Bingsu spot, a cute clothing store, a K-pop music store, & a Photo Booth place. What more could you ask for !?? Can’t wait for the next trip. Thanks for always being a reliable place to stay."
