A really lovely hotel with fantastic and friendly service by the staff. Clean, super comfortable bed and included a breakfast (at a cafe) & replenished mini bar drinks every day. A great location close and easy to walk around the old town for cafes and restaurants but also easy walk to the beautiful beaches with clear blue water.

This small boutique hotel had very friendly staff that was available via WhatsApp to provide suggestions around town. Very clean/comfortable. Lots of dining is walking distance away. The free beach is also very close by.

Wonderful Staff!

Vanessa was the main person we dealt with and she was amazing and super helpful. The place is located in the old town next to the water and nice and quiet. There is a parking lot about 10 mins away on foot. Remember not to drive in to the old town as I did!

Could not recommend this accomodation enough. Prior to arriving management contacted us and made our arrival/checkin seamless. Endless suggestions of specific places to eat and recommendations were fantastic. Staff were so incredible friendly and helpful. So many good places to eat walking distance away and the beach so close. Very central spot and loved it. Our room was the Junior Studio Suite, Terrace (Lamandia) - photos were exactly how the room was. Minibar was filled up every day and room service was quick and efficient. One minor downside was the WiFi connection kept dropping out- but nonetheless a very enjoyable stay!

The few "issues" we had at the beginning were fully rectified almost immediately. Fantastic staff. Most important, Pietro was amazing. Beautiful location with fantastic views. My wife and I would strongly recommend!

The property is a small boutique hotel. The location is conveniently located inside the old town so the parking can be challenging. You have to park outside the old town but the staff would guide you to a parking spot. I find the staff all helpful and courteous. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Loved it!

Fabulous! So well appointed, free mini bar topped up daily, champagne flutes as well as wine glasses, lovely coffee machine. Right near harbour in the old town. We stayed on second floor and had a little balcony too. Stairs are steep but there’s a lift for luggage

This is a beautiful location and the property has nice modern updates. Great staff! Our only complaint was that emails from Le Contrade were sometimes not coordinated - requesting information previously reported and sending 5 requests for payment even though we had prepaid. You will love this venue!

The highlight of our 10 days in Puglia. Pietro is the most incredible, knowledgeable, passionate and kind host. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him. His energy is infectious and made us fall in love with Monopoli. He also has the best recommendations. The B&B is amazing, well located and clean but it is the hospitality that we will remember forever. We hope to be back very soon. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nice, tidy little apartment with bed upstairs and bath down. Works great as a central locale to stay in Monopoli and explore the town, restaurants and shopping. Parking is a bit difficult, as you need to find a free parking 15 minute walk from the place, or pay for parking in a 10 minute walk away. Either way, hauling bags to the place can be a challenge. But once there, it’s a great spot to begin your sightseeing of Puglia.
