We were pleased with the acccommodations. The room and bathroom was spacious and had a nice outdoor sitting area. I will definitely book here when I visit again.

LOVED these rooms!! So clean and new and stylish! Even had an outdoor sink and clothes rack to do a little laundry. The room was quiet and in a great location. Very walkable to the waterfront. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent place to stay!

What a perfect room to stay in! Super spacious! Super clean and modern. Alessia was extremely helpful with check in and any questions we had. The patio was fantastic! Had a sink and mini fridge and clothes rack if you wanted to wash a couple things. The bathroom was spotless with a great shower. Bed was very comfortable! Stylish decor. Great location. Very walkable to the waterfront. The breakfast was a voucher to get a little something at a nearby bakery and I had fresh squeezed orange juice as part of it! Just an excellent option for sure!

I got food poisoning and ask for 1 hour extra of check out and the host was not flexible. Ending going to the hospital at 5:30 am and have to come back before 9:30 it was very complicated and not considered from the host. Otherwise the place is clean secure close to the centro Storico but not walkable.

Loved it.

Beautiful, spacious room. Walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to historical centre. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Loved my stay here. It didn’t bother me at all, but note that breakfast is simply a coffee and a croissant across the road.

nice place with tastefull interior. some dateils are a little worn out (water tap outside, wooden shelf in the bath)- overall it was very clean and easy to handle. BUT, the price is not worth it. the breakfast-place is 10min to walk and a coffee and a croissant. for this money we would choose the next time a hotel better instead ;)

Very beautiful apartment, breakfast was absolutely TOP, staff also very nice. Only 1 aspect disappointed me: there is a construction on site, means they start drilling very early in the morning…. Not so great for the holidays, staff was not honest as they must tell if and when there is a construction on site. Maybe from this review they can write some more details about the accomodation they advertise.

Beautiful place, you can see it is new it is clean very professional service as well. I definitely recommend staying here. The only thing we didnt like was that it is a construction site next to the room. But its not something that the owner can control. Other than that its a five star for me.

The parking was first come first serve. We were able to park. However, someone parked alongside the wall behind our vehicle on a non parking spot when we checked out. It took us 15 to 20 minutes to get out of the parking spot because our car was mid-sized. This was very frustrating. Also, the breakfast was not onsite but in a Cafe about a 10 minute walk from the property which consists of a coffee and a pastry. We skipped it.

Booked this as many others i looked at for particular dates were full, wish i hadnt. Should have been half the price for what it is. No toiletries in bathroom, not even bath towels to use just a tiny hand towel. Noisy room and out of the way location. Balcony was basically the front of the building with no privacy, not ever a barrier up. Was told we had a stocked mini bar and when i looked there was a half drunked bottle of juice from a previous guest which made me question how much the rooms are cleaned. Wouldnt stay again. Advissd beforehand it was for an anniversary and this wasnt acknowledged. Didnt bother trying breakfast as it was a cafe up the road that also didnt look up to much.

Très bel appartement en bed and Breakfast. Très propre, design. Mais globalement très insatisfait car le petit-déjeuner est compris avec un prix élevé de la chambre. Mais il s’agit d’un bar PMU et machine à sous, environnement atroce absolument pas en rapport avec le lieu. Un café et un croissant font office de petit-déjeuner. Super light et quand on fait un commentaire à la propriétaire elle fait genre de ne pas savoir alors que déjà l’an passé c’était comme cela! A éviter absolument

Elisabetta war eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse reichhaltig. Die Restaurant Tips exzellent. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock eines Hauses in der Neustadt von Bari. Die Altstadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wichtig ist der Parkplatz im Hof.

Super modern room 5 minutes drive from the beach

We arrived late at night, but the owner of the property and her nice daughter came within 10 minutes to check us in smoothly and kindly. A super stylish and modern big room with a huge balcony and even kitchen area... great bathroom facility. Location is faboulos, 5 minutes drive from the beaches and the town center. I even forgot my bathing suite after check out, and they called me to come pick it up.

La struttura si trova a circa 800 metri dal mare, che è quindi comodamente raggiungibile a piedi, è moderna, pulita e suddivisa in due soli appartamenti. In camera è anche presente un maxischermo con predisposizione per Netflix. Non vi è un posteggio privato, ma solo disponibilità di parcheggio in strada. Il costo non è proprio economico, ma tutto sommato in linea con la zona. Unica pecca la colazione: in teoria è compresa nel prezzo, ma consiste in un buono per cornetto e brioches da spendere nel vicino bar e per le due notti in cui abbiamo pernottato in struttura ci è stato fornito solo per la prima....
