「The location is great, about 2km from Monforte. The apartments have huge potential, but seem to lack proper maintenance: When staying multiple nights, there is no room service (e.g., the towels aren't replaced). The shower is very leaky and it's next to impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom. There must be some bug nests inside; during the night, there is some sound every few minutes and a new bug arrives (two different kinds of bug). The heating system is extremely noisy....
