The hotel has been recently renovated. It is not a luxury hotel but it is definitely nice, clean and pleasant. Our room was brand new. The facilities are fine. A few flaws (like breakfast with not much choice) but the overall feeling is positive and I would definitely recommend it. Staff has been super super friendly. The location is unbeatable, right in the hearth of Monastir, you can walk to monuments, the Medina. Restaurants are all over (also inside the hotel). The beach is really close. The swimming pool is nice. I will definitely come back.

Lovely staff who allowed me early check-in Phone in room not working.. reported twice but not fixed Wifi in room not working eventually fixed Lift not working when I arrived but they apologised Lastly wanted a glass of wine in bar but only served by buttle ?!

Beim ersten Zimmer war das Fenster kaputt. Keine Minibar oder Kühlschrank. Alte Handtücher und Betten sehr weich. Alte nicht funktionierende Röhrenfernseher. nsgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Essen ist sehr gut und ausreichend. Jeden Abend ist Party, am besten kein Zimmer mit Poolblick nehmen.

J'ai deux remarques pour cet établissement : 1- C'est l'hiver et il n'y a pas de l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain, 2- Ni le chauffage ni la climatisation fonctionne dans la chambre et c'est bien l'hiver, 3- Le diner ainsi que le petit déjeuner étaient vraiment NULLs. On a détesté les deux à cet endroit.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l hôtel il nous manquait une chambre sur les deux réservées sur Expedia. On a alors attendus plus 1h30 pour avoir la 2ème dont la salle bain était défectueuse et des gros gravas de cailloux sous les lits. Le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre est infecte il est préférable de le prendre à l’extérieur. Jus de fruit chimique et imbuvable, pas de fruits, et le peu de produit frais (blanc de poulet) pas exposé au frais sachant que la salle de restaurant n’est pas climatisée.

This hotel is unfortunately very run down, loud, poor breakfast and uncleaned rooms. It was disappointing to check in ( we had late evening arrival) and room was not made, half empty water bottles in a room, bathroom not cleaned and towels just randomly placed. We had football match happening next door what lasted until late night hours. Hotels walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbours all the time even if they are at the end of the corridor. Breakfast was disaster, coffee and tea was served in plastic cups, options were very limited. Smoking in reception area is accepted, so you can imagine the smell.

Horrible à oublié

Hôtel juste insalubre, chambre sans aucun Confort, ne parlant même pas. De la propreté juste dégueulasse. Situation de l'hôtel en plein centre ville bruit incessant gros travaux juste face à hôtel donc vue sur les travaux et non la plage. Sans compter les déchet de partout sur la plage les trottoirs les rue bref à ne plus jamais faire.
