The reception dude, is so entitled and got an attitude. Also, there is no lock on the inside of the room door. Which allows the room service to come in at anytime they want and it did happened. Honestly i was disappointed i had i spent 3 hours there, then i went and i changed the hotel

It was extremly dirty. Staff was not friendly. Our room was not ready at check in time so we had to wait 1 hour in the warm lounge. No apology and no water to be offered in the heat. It smelled poop all over the hallways and it even was poop on the hallway floor. The room we got were a mess. No toilett seat on the toilett that was still dirty. The hand sink was stuffed so the water flooded over and made the bathroom floor wet. The whole room was dirty. The staff didnt do anything about it after our complaints. Dirty pool, dirty pool area, way to loud music. DO NOT STAY THERE!

Hotel indiquant sur son site internet spa et salle de sport..on arrive et..."Ah non monsieur il n'y a ni spa ni salle de sport" !!! 1er grosse déception...limite arnaque....pour le self service,le restaurant est rempli de mouches en permanence..jamais vu ça !!!! Pourtant j'en ai vu des pays d'Afrique.. Piscine correcte.. Nettoyage des chambres plus que limite .. La SEULE chose positif de cet hôtel c'est qu'il est à 5 minutes à pied de l'aéroport.. Hotel situé entre monastir et sousse..donc pour y aller,obligation de prendre bus ou taxi..rien à faire autour de l'hôtel..la plage de l'hôtel est minuscule..sans intérêt.. Bref en gros premier et dernier séjour pour nous la bas..privilégiez les hôtels a sousse qui sont tous en front de mer et ou les plages sont très bonnes et les activités centraliseés ( quad,parachute ascentionnel,bouées,scooter des mer etc....

Holel vide lors de mon sejour (18/19 mai 2018), heureusement, j'étais en transit vers un autre hôtel... Acceuil normal, sympa Consommation chere (5 dinards) au bar pour un coca... Chambre vétuste, d'un autre temps... Installation cepandent semblent bien...(pas eu le temps ni l'intérêt tout voir)

Service très correct

J'ai séjourné une petite nuit dans cet hotel. L'hotel est un peu vieillot mais très bien situé à 3mn de l'aéroport, ce qui m'a parmis d'aller prendre mon avion à pied. Le personnel est très sympatique.

Very Disappointing

I stayed in this hotel with my family from august 12 until august 17, 2013 with an All Inclusive option. This is a 4 star hotel and therefore one should expect a certain quality. When we first cheeked in we found no TV in the room. After complaining to the front desk we got a a small and old TV next day that had only one channel working (the local TV channel). So we complained again and the person at the front desk promised to fix the problem. Until the day of our departure nothing happened. AC was not working in one of the rooms and did not get fixed. Every time we complain about something we had to follow suit otherwise nothing gets done. No Internet in the room Waiters and barman were rude and were making bad comments about clients in the local language. Some of the comments were about the quantity of drinks/food that clients consumed although entitled to (All Inclusive). Waiters were busy flirting with clients. I was served beer in small glasses and when I complained the barman explained that many clients tend to over consume and that's why they serve in such glasses.Food quality and taste at best average and for the first two days of our stay poor. Water runs out from the main restaurant and we get to be served by the glass. At times we had one bottle of water after we insisted. Personnel in the main restaurant (waiters, cooks,...) were overwhelmed and were unable to control the flow of clients. Arrive after 30 minutes of the opening and you wont find a clean table.

les 4 étoiles ne sont pas du tout justifiées ! l'hotel est bruyant (animation au dessus des chambre qui n'ont pas de double vitrage), on boit ds des verres en plastique, la nouriture est digne d'un flunch négligé, et le service est assuré par des intérimaires qui n'ont aucun savoir faire. les chambre sont déplorables, prévoir un duvet pour ne pas vous glisser dans le lit ... Vraiment à éviter !

Hôtel Vime Helya Beach & Spa: Prestations de qualité et proximité de l'aéroport

Cet hôtel est très spacieux et les chambres très honorables. Le service d'hôtellerie est de qualité, le personnel très sympathique et à votre écoute. La proximité de l'aéroport ne gène absolument pas et c'est un avantage non négligeable pour un départ et/ou une arrivée à Monastir. Il n'y a que la route à traverser. Mon épouse et moi avons séjourné 5 jours dans cet hôtel lors des vacances de la Toussaint. Peu de monde et la tranquillité est garantie!... Un endroit à recommander!

Idéallement situé : à 5 minutes à pied de l'aéroport

- Pas de gène relative à la proximité de l'aéroport - Extrêmement bien équipé (tennis, mini golf, ping pong, piscines,...) - Qualité de la nourrriture pas excellente dans l'ensemble (fruits immangeables)
