Nous avons passée un agréable séjour, le seul inconvénient c’est l'état de la chambre, pas de frigo, pas de serviettes, problème avec la chasse d’eau, mais d’un autre coté le personnels très agréable l’équipe d’animation aussi et le buffet magnifique, l’hôtel est pied dans l’eau que j’ai trouvé très agréable.

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent tout le personnel est dévoué à vos petits soins dès qu'il y a un souci ils sont opérationnels je remercie également Yasmine qui est très professionnel c'est la chargée de clientèle une personne adorable et très proche de ses clients nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet hôtel qui a été une très belle découverte le personnel animation tu es vraiment dynamique et font tout pour vous faire passer que des excellents moments tous les spectacles ont été vraiment magnifiques le personnel de la restauration est au petit soin également pour vous ce sont des personnes très agréables qui seront dévoués et qui sont prêts à exaucer tous vos désirs nous avons passé de très bons moments la nourriture est excellente l'hôtel est très propre nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir nous remercions également le service de la réception en remerciant le directeur de la réception et le directeur des chambres qui ont tout fait pour que nos passions un séjour agréable et merveilleux à bientôt nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir

Sejour horrible. Mon amie s est fait insulter en arabe par le réceptionniste parcequ elle lui a demandé de lui ouvrir la porte de la chambre...le problème est que mon amie parle l arabe... Nous avons rencontré l equipe de la direction avec beaucoup, vraiment beaucoup d insistante. Dans le déni total...chambre insalubre..WiFi ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre, salle de bain vétuste.,serviettes sales...on nous a proposé uns suite sans climatisation ni ventilateur... C est sûr, nous n y retournerons pas. Bien réfléchir avant de reserver..
