Hôtel pas entrenu, tres mauvaise organisation, chambre sale, il faut faire la queue même pr de l'eau, même pour avoir une serviette de bain propre c'est compliqué. Le buffet ben parlons pas. Je ne trouve aucun point positif à donner à cet hôtel, l'horreur je suis même partie 1 jour avant Je regrette davoir réserve dans celui ci, il faut prendre les avis en compte car ils sont fondés! Fuyez le sinon vous le regretterez...

Pleasant location right on the beach

The hotel is rather run down and in need of an update however the location is lovely, right on the beach and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. There is a nice pool that is well maintained. Everything is very basic and not what you would normally expect in a 4 star hotel however considering the cost of the rooms it is certainly good value for your money.

All terrible since our arrival to this hell! At the reception we did not find anyone able to speak EN or FR or any other foreign language but finally we managed to get room's key. Seen that we arrived around 8 pm firstly we went for the dinner: we did not touch any single offered plate, all looked so dirty and unattractive that we decided to go and see promptly the room as we understood that the hotel is not our thing. No elevator and we got the second floor through dark corridors along with broken doors and dusty carpets, my wife was scarred. As we presumed, the room was dirty with a magnificent view over an internal courtyard were engines were installed. We saw each other and without discussing we took our bags and left. Indecent experience!

Bonne réception malgrer venu en basse saison Sinon direction très ouvert puis restauration excellente revoir les petits déjeuner car pas assez de choix pour de internationale........ Sinon personnel et chambre très spacieux Puis orientation très bien décerné puis faire attention au taxi car très divers tarifs selon personne pas très correct alors mefiance!!!!!! En ville à SOUSSE personnes trop collante donc très désagréable pour chiner paisiblement. .... Mais à part ça hotel très très bien à conseiller Merci la direction de nous avoir bien reçu Mr perron

Dissaspojnted as the hotel was run down. Really there was nothing at all at explained from the website No toiletries no tea/coffee facilities in the room No pillowcases and bed linen The staff however were Friendly and helpful

hôtel accueillant mais all inclusive défaillant

La formule all inclusive est défaillante. La restauration est nulle: PD, déjeuner et Dinner et le vin est de très mauvaise qualité. Nous avons senti que l'hotel réalise des économies aux dépens de la qualité de la nourriture. Cependant, nous avons noté un personnel globalement agréable. Les chambres sont propres et la déco est originale cependant les porte fenêtres donnant sur le balcon ne sont pas du tout étanche. Heureusement il fait beau. Globalement, nous sommes satisfaits de la prestation de cet hotel

L'entreprise qui peut être mis en concurrence par le client ne doit et en aucun cas avoir comme stratégie seulement la réduction des coût, cela ne suffit pas du tout. Cet hôtel doit recentrer sa stratégie sur le client. Une fuite d'eau, un système de chauffage obsolète réduit beaucoup la qualité des service je recommande cet hôtel car c'est mon pays, les défaillances sont facilement récupérables

Hotel Miramar Thalassa

Would have been nice to know there was no lift. Changed my room as phone had been wrenched out of the socket and my view was a very large fern tree. This was no problem though. All the staff were very friendly, food was ok. Overall very satisfied. Was only able to use steam room at allocated hours and it wasnt working very well. Recommend spa treatments.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli asiakaspalveluhenkistä ja ystävällistä, joskin palvelu oli alussa vähän hidasta.Kyseessä oli sesongin ulkopuolinen vierailu, joten senkin ymmärtää. Saimme huoneen ihanalla merinäköalalla, mutta kosteuden kyllä haistoi huoneessa. Lämmitys toimi onneksi. Hieman vanhentuneet materiaalit, mutta kylpylä oli erittäin siisti ja palvelu oli hyvää. Sijainti oli melko kaukana keskustasta, mutta takseja oli hotellin edestä saatavilla. HInta-laatusuhde on todella kohdallaan. Vietimme hotellissa Jouluaaton, jonka gaalaillallinen ja mainio ohjelma sisältyivät puolihoitohintaan! En suosittelisi ystävälleni neljän tähden hotellina vaan mielestäni todellinen taso olisi max 3. Juomien hinnat olivat kyllä tähtien luokkaa.

l hotel etait tres bien, rapport qualite prix excelent. un probleme cependant, une jeune fille vendant des excursions via cet hotel nous a escroques en nous vendant une excursion tunis carthage et sidi bousaid avec un guide qui n en etait pas un. resultat, nous n avons fait que de la voiture. attention donc a bien demander à la reception une excursion fiable. d autres personnes ont fait la meme excursion vendu par un jeune homme dans l hotel et ont vraiment apprecie (guide de qualite, resto de qualite et visites de qualites). Nous n'avons d ailleurs pas pu voir cette jeune fille avant notre depart.

Le personnel de cet hotel est tres bien et a l'écoute des clients ...l'hotel est propre et les chambres tres agréables Le restaurant est tres bien fait et nous avons pu apprécier divers mets de différents pays un bonne note pour cet hotel que je recommande surtout pour le rapport qualité/prix

No internet, couldn't work

I can't recommend this hotel, because the internet was down for several days. Also, even when the internet was operating, wireless (which isn't free) is only available in the lobby. This is a lovely hotel, truly lovely. But I need to be able to work when I travel.

Hotel Royal Miramar Thalassa - mare verde pieno di alghe

La qualità delle camere dell'hotel è piuttosto buona e la camera avuta molto spaziosa. Buona la pulizia. La posizione a circa 4 km dall'areoporto ma comunque non rumorosa. Due i difetti: (1) il mare assolutamente verde di alghe e caldissimo, il peggiore visto in tutta la Tunisia nord girata in tre settimane; (2) qualunque servizio fuori dalla camera è a pagamento: sdraio in piscina ed al mare, rinfreschi, etc...

Un peu décu par l'hotel et la qualité de restauration

Hotel qui a besoin d'une rénovation générale. Personnels de restaurant tres décontractés et pas tres motivés. Restauration tres moyenne et répétitive. PDJ acceptables.
