国鉄のモンテカルロ駅から近く、住所がボーソレイユ（フランス）なのでUberが使えて非常に便利である（モナコ国内だとUberが呼べない）。部屋、洗面等もきれいに清掃されているし、給湯のお湯の出や排水も特に問題がなかった。またスーパー（カルフール）やテイクアウト食品店（COOKS）も近く、8泊したが快適に過ごせた。
