「The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not...

「Ved ankomst til Bellevue Hotel bliver vi informeret om at vi er blevet "opgraderet" til et andet hotel og at vi skal bo der is stedet for. I situationen, efter en lang rejse med trætte børn tør vi ikke andet end at acceptere. Det er højsæson og vi kan ikke være sikre på at finde et andet sted at bo. Det andet hotel viser sig at ligge uden for byen, hvilket er meget skuffende da vi havde booket Bellevue Hotel pga. dets meget centrale beliggenhed tæt ved liften. Vi nåede aldrig at opleve Hotel...
