「Needs improvement」

「Hotel was great. I prefer no carpet but that’s okay. It is tornado season but I had no idea where the storm shelter was or even what I should do. Breakfast was very nice. I wish they had evening snacks Monday-Thursday instead of Monday-Wednesday. I found it odd when they asked me if I need housekeeping services. They only clean every other day if requested. I placed my trash in the hall each day. Overall a great place.」

「The property was in disrepair and looked nothing like the pictures online. Rotting wood on the outside and when you walked in you could smell this was a pet friendly hotel. The staff was very nice and got us checked in with no issues. Getting to our room was confusing as there was no room number on the wall. Inside the room the mirror in the bathroom had a film on it and there were candy wrappers under the beds and a dead bug in the picture hanging on the wall. We decided to take a walk to see...

「I was highly disappointed in this Quality Inn & Suites location. There was some kind of dirty rag left on the chair that was pushed under the table, the cloth chairs were horribly stained, as was the carpet on the floor. The television did not work, and the outlet beside the bed also did not work. The water in the shower was barely even warm, and it appeared that toilet paper or Kleenex had been stuffed in a hole above the shower head. 「Easy to find and staff was friendly」

「Everything was wonderful except that check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The staff quickly made it possible to check in about 15-20 minutes later, however, after a long day’s journey, we were tired and wanted to relax in our room, not in the lobby.」
