「Just come back from a lovely stay, beautiful views and very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was very spacious, comfy and clean. The sauna was great with a fantastic view, the hot tub unfortunately was too cold for us but they did explain they had some faults. The staff were really good at responding to any questions. They also provided a free shuttle to the town, they did only have 3 timings to choose from with the latest time being 5.30pm, unfortunately with a small limited menu we...

「Along with other hotel guests, we had an unprecedented issue on our final night staying at this hotel, when a freak hail storm severely damaged our hire car. We found the reception staff to be exceedingly helpful, to us and to all guests, in helping us organise tow trucks and leaving the hotel/journeying elsewhere. The reception staff worked tirelessly all day with no breaks, keeping guests updated on the status of our tow trucks, and in our case speaking Italian on the phone to the tow truck...

「Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Zimmer, hier wurde sich sofort um eine Lösung gekümmert. Der komplette Service war hervorragend und sehr herzlich! Das Frühstück ist stets frisch, nur etwas Gemüse wäre noch wünschenswert. Kommen aber gerne wieder, haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt.」
