"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, mit einfacher Erreichbarkeit von wichtigen Orten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service nach dem Checkout: Wir durften vor unserer Abreise zum Flughafen nochmals duschen und bekamen frische Handtücher – ein Detail, das unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is a bit older, sure, but it is full of character. The staff is super friendly and kind. The rooms are large and clean and the location could not be better. Just across the street from Praia Mole, one of the best beaches in Floripa. They were super welcoming to our dog and even brought her dishes to use. The breakfast is decent and won’t break the bank. The restaurant food is simple, but tasty, and not overpriced. I don’t understand why some people complain...

"Great hostel/ hotel with a great terrace on the lake for unwinding. Friendly staff and Yury is great to chat and socialise with. Lots of rooms, I chose a basic single room with shared bathroom which was fine and comfortable enough with a small side view of the lake. And everything in Lagoa is close by, only a few mins walk to all the bars and restaurants. I would stay here again, and would love to come back to Floripa"

"Nice cabin, beautiful surrounding, short walk to the ocean. When we arrived there was no one at the door and the gate was closed. The pool is fantastic, there was a restaurant and the property grounds were great! No water provided, one of the 2 elements wasn’t working"

"Lugar muito sujo, com baratas, alguns dias não teve limpeza, lixos transbordando. As atividades de yoga não o ocorreram. A casa e os quartos tem cheiro ruim. "
