「IT WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF OURTRIP IN TERMS OF HOTEL the location is unique, with fab. views. the staff very polished, we had cookies, grapes and a small bottle of tawny port waiting when we arrived at 5 pm and sipped peacefully on our terrace with 2 chairs and small table, overlooking Vieana..\\ dinner was very good... not excellent.. but chef came around and talked to us.... a must at least for a nite..」

「What an absolute treat! This property is located at a wine vineyard with tons of history of the Calheiros family! We enjoyed walking the vineyard and a tour of the original family home of the Count of Calheiros! Truly a spectacular experience!」

「All aspects of this hostel were unique and stunning, the grounds, the room, the hallways, the bar, etc. It was a pleasure just to walk around and enjoy the architecture, The breakfast was the best we had in all three weeks of being in Portugal and the staff were attentive and polite.Truly such a pleasure to stay here and an oasis of beauty.」
