Christmas time stay.
We had a really good stay over Christmas. The hotel was clean and well designed. Our room was excellent. The only downside was the food overall could do with improvement, though the breakfast was excellent.

Un hotel decente, pero cansado
El hotel es correcto y tiene todos los servicios. Spa, piscina, habitaciones grandes, etc. El restaurante es lo malo - la gente es muy agradable y han ayudado mucho con la comida sin gluten, en eso un 10. Pero la comida en sí no es muy buena y el sistema de gestión para ir a cenar (papelito en recepción, entregarlo en el restaurante, luego otro papelito para la bebida que se paga aparte. De la era pre-digital!). En fin, un hotel decente, pero que necesita urgentemente una reforma.

This is a bigger hotel than we normally stay in but for Halloween period it was virtually empty. The good free breakfast, nice pool area and UK TV were the best features.

Excellent hotel - room spacious and comfortable but lacks tea/coffee making facilities. Food plentiful with numerous choices. However Hotel needs to establish ways in which to keep it hot as it quickly gets cold with present service.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel
Nous sommes restés trois nuits dans cet hôtel au mois d'octobre. La chambre spacieuse avec une jolie vue sur la mer a été le point le plus positif par rapport au prix de la nuitée. Concernant la restauration, choix important et de bonne facture que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner ou le diner. Personnel accueillant. Grande piscine extérieur avec autour de jolis aménagements paysagers bien entretenus. Nous avons pu profiter avec bonheur de cette piscine extérieure en ce mois d'octobre, peu de monde à cette période. Le seul (petit) point négatif est la situation géographique de l'hôtel, celui-ci est un peu excentré par rapport à la partie la plus jolie de la plage de Mojacar.

Delighted with our choice of hotel!
We were delighted with our choice of hotel from the moment we got into our lovely spacious room! The view was fabulous and we were away from the main area so not too noisy! The attention to cleanliness was fantastic. The bathroom was spotless. Bath mat was in a plastic seal along with the toilet sealed with a hygiene label. Even the remote control had been sanitised and sealed! In these strange times it was a relief to see that the hotel took hygiene so seriously. At the bar/restaurants the staff were constantly wiping down and sanitising as people left. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We would love to cime back!

Brilliant
very enjoyable one night stay, the Hotel was very efficient on on Covid awareness, The room and facilities were excellent as was the restaurant with plenty of choice of food and the room had everything we could have wished for

Room excellent. Drinks overpriced. Why is the same wine more expensive in the bar than the restaurant? Ridiculous.

Buena estancia
Buena experiencia, limpio, agradable, con un bufet muy completo. El único detalle a mejorar, es el molesto ruido que produce la tarima flotante de los pasillos al pisarla. Y como detalle que merece felicitación especial, el trabajo de Inma en el SPA, muy agradable y profesional.

Se cobra a los niños mayores de 2 años
Hemos estado bien pero no me ha gustado que cobren a los menores de 3 años el minimo estipulado, los hoteles normalmente no cobran a menores de 12 años o al prime niño gratis. Ya que mi hija tiene 27 meses y duerme con nosotros y solo come paratas fritas y salchichas de franfur.

Very enjoyable Christmas.
Very reasonable price for full board. Hotel staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Food was pretty good with plenty of choice. We were there for Christmas and really enjoyed our stay.Sea view room at no extra cost.
