「The views are lovely. The property has many fruit trees and of course grape vines. The drive to get there involves narrow hairpin turns with steep hills, so it is not for the anxious driver. Breakfast was excellent. The cabin we stayed in was not elegant but everything we needed was there except maybe for no kettle to boil water in without a trip to main building.」

「Way up on the mountainside with a beautiful view of the valley and the Douro River. Valeria is a wonderful host and the place is truly something special. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms fantastic and she thought of every detail. 」

「This might be the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The view is indescribably stunning. Our hosts Marco and Ana welcomed us like old friends. We chose to book the wine tasting tour with Marco, which was the best day of our 2 week holiday in Portugal. We would love to return. 」
