「住宿的位置离太阳城五公里左右，房间很干净，就是我们的房间外面的地面上和桌子椅子包括墙面上都有很多的蚂蚁和叫不出名字的虫子，服务员过来看下之后对我说这些虫子爬不到落地窗上吧，之后他们说扫一下或者喷药，那里就有个蚂蚁窝，第二天好些可以坐在外面了，除了这个不太满意其他的都可以」

Tivemos o desprazer de passar 2 noites sem dormir com os nossos filhos: ar condicionado nao funcionava, num calor insuportavel, tivemos que suplicar por dois ventiladores, ao proprietario, um chato,mas nao adiantou nada. Localizacao sinistra, sem a minima segurança, tudo detonado,meia boca....um absurdo essa coisa se encontrar anunciado no expedia. Quero meu dinheiro de volta.」

「The staff and buffet breakfast were great and the surroundings are beautiful. The evening turn-down service was unexpected and a real treat. However, the maintenance could be better - for example, there were stains on the upholstery in our room and the basin had been installed the wrong way round. The shower was rather cramped and difficult to get the temperature right. The lighting in the bathroom was too low - bathrooms don't need mood lighting. The room was lovely and spacious, but only had...

「The service level was poor, below our expectation. Hotel staff not communicative to the extent of preparing unconfirmed breakfast. We found this a bit strange for a guest lodge.」

「Spending time at Tambuti Lodge is like spending time with your family but with 5 star service. Malcolm is a fantastic host who cannot do enough to make his visitors comfortable. Bert is an expert guide full of knowledge and fantastic stories. Edith and Ashley cooked wonderful food. 5 stars all around. I highly recommend visiting Tambuti Lodge. I will be going back.」
