「furniture is a bit old but acceptable, have welcome snack and drinks nice breakfast the view is quite nice, can overlook one of the canels in Venice Reasonable price for an overnight experience in Venice Recommended! But the room is a bit small

「The staff in this smaller boutique hotel could not have been more helpful and courteous. They not only booked a more convenient private water shuttle back to the airport for me so I would not miss my flight, but also walked me early in the morning to the exact port that I needed to leave from. The location was right near the middle of the San Marco area where there are many restaurants, stores, and the Rialto bridge among many other interesting things to see. With many canals and potentially...

「Room is tiny but clean, bed is super cozy I like firm bedding. Nice staff. Convenient location. It will take 30 mins walk from the bus station but it is close to the ferry pier to Murano and Burano.」

「The view from our room was just perfect. Private view to the canal while its not too noisy at all. Room is clean and decorated in vintage style. Service was great as well. We were greeted and good helps were provided during our check-in.」

「Great location, nice staff, delicious breakfast! 」

「Our favourite place out of the entire two weeks we were travelling around Italy! Excellent room and staff service was great, (thank you Massimo), very spacious and everything was new! Felt really safe around the area but the location might add an extra 10 min walk from the main Venice attractions compared to if you were to stay closer to the San Marco area. 10/10 would recommend.」

「Very nice hotel in a convenient area.」
