「The property is nice. Unfortunately my door code didn’t work but that was resolved fairly quickly via WhatsApp. The big issue was it was extremely hot in Bergamo (33C) and there was no air conditioning. I reached out but was informed it goes on July 1 so the first night was very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Fortunately they turned it on Day 2 and it was fabulous.
