"Thou my stay was short the staff at the Lobby and breakfast room made my staff amazing . Hotel is literally inside the Nelson Mandela square with so many restaurants and retail shops available."

"Good sized room & loved the decor. Hotel was in a very good location for restaurants, bars & shopping but the facilities at the hotel itself were great too. All the staff were friendly and very courteous. The breakfast was very good too, we had a great stay!"
