Very welcoming and clean, everything thought of in the room. Comfy bed and looking forward to coming back for the music festival at Easter.

We stayed here while walking the Southern Upland Way and enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing night. Our host was so welcoming and the accommodation was perfect. I would very much recommend this cosy B&B.

Excellent overnight stay.

Nothing to complain about. A really nice stay. Somewhere safe to keep my bike overnight and a great breakfast.

Lovely accommodation close to town.

This was a well presented and friendly B&B with high standards right down to the loo paper and an extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast was beautifully prepared and tasted delicious. We would certainly use again if down that way.

We loved our stay at The LimeTree!!! All of the things you want in a B&B and more..... The room was beautiful and well appointed. The owners seemed to think of everything that I could possibly need and want! The location was fantastic.... just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was served piping hot and was delicious. What more can you ask for?

Excellent, very clean, nice hosts, strong showers, also a garage for our classic scooters, good choice in breakfasts, just off main street, stayed there a couple of times now

Comfy, clean and friendly with amazing breakfasts.

Immaculate, friendly and restful B&B right in the heart of Moffat. Katherine and Derek's years of B&B experience shine through, yet they still keep the premises and service fresh. I enjoyed a spacious and comfortable room and breakfasts were delicious, with a good selection. Location is excellent too; close to major road links but in a quiet road with free parking and a couple of minutes walk into town. Definitely a place to revisit.

overnight stay on way to Scotland

parking outside, warm welcome, shown to ground floor twin room. There was bottled water, tea, coffee and was asked if we would like fresh milk for our drinks. Asked to register and state preferences for breakfast. In the bathroom, walk-in shower but no seat, there was shampoo, conditioner( not working as blocked) and shower gel on the wall. There were flannels, buds and shower hats if needed. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great, everything we had asked for was delivered! Individual cereal boxes and freshly made toast also. Pity about the smoked bacon but everything else was fine.

One night stay

Nobody at B&B if you arrive before check-in at 4pm. Was shown to wrong room upon arrival, was being given standard double room when we had booked & paid for the upgraded superior room, but hot right rom when queried. Was given milk in flask for tea/coffee in room but the milk was off!
