"This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. "This was a wonderful stay. However, if you do not have a vehicle, every trip to the city is easily $35-$50 each way. The city is very clean with great food & great service! The property manager does not respond very quickly. I needed a taxi and never got a response. If we go back to Lugano, we will stay closer to town!!"

The property itself though left much to be desired - tiles coming up on the floor, hot water turned off (with no forewarning of this from owners), unclean floors and dishes, no dishwashing liquid (and only two dishwasher tablets for three days), heating not working properly, and a damaged frypan."
