"Was a great size room for our family of four. Much better than your normal 2 queen bed room. The pool was so cold, I couldn’t make my self get in. The hot tub was great as well as the sauna. "

"The bed was great and a clean. The shower head was a little short since I am 6’2. Easy check in and check out."

"We reserved the Junior Suite on Hotels.com which stated two queen beds with a pull out couch. We checked in and the room they gave us had no pull out. They tried to charge us more stating that the Junior Suite on their website doesn't include a pull out couch bed. We were finally given a new room with a pull out couch and eventually tried to pull it out to make the bed and the couch bed was broken and the worker who came to the room couldn't fix it. We were unable to use the bed. We brought up the issue at checkout and the front desk spoke with the "manager" and they informed us that we could not get a discount even though we paid for the pull out couch and couldn't use. My husband stated his displeasure to the front desk worker who replied "Oh well". We enjoyed the hotel in the past but will look at different venue in the future. Front desk workers who were helpful and friendly were Jamie and Raven."

"This is the type of motel people live in. Pulled in to no parking available but they're was broken down vehicles on the lot. Hot tub doesn't work, they don't tell you ahead of time which should be done, yet you still have to pay as if it was. Room was clean but outside there were people just loitering around and when I asked if it was where people lived the response was they can only 28 days. This place was terrible. The breakfast was just waffle mix and cereal and police cars were blocking both sides of the entrance to the lobby, they were there all morning in what seemed like dealing with people that lived there. This was ghetto and expedia was no help when I called after we left seeing I had been charged already after being told there would only be a hold on my card. I waited at the front desk, rang the little bell, and called and nobody came for me to pay cash for the room or talk to about how much of a let down it was."

"There were hairs on bed sheets and pillows and they smell like someone’s sweat. Fan in the bathroom didn’t work."
