「Never have I wanted to give a hotel more than 5 stars. But the inn deserves it and we will one hundred percent be back」

「I have stayed here in the past and had zero complaints. This time however there was a large stain on the carpet in my room, the floor in the room was uneven and felt like I was walking up a ramp in certain spots. Even with the lamps it was dark in the room.(could use a light near the closet)The people across the hall were smoking weed and stinking up the halls. 「Strasburg is a quaint town with restaurants, ice cream parlor and shopping within walking distance. The inn is very clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and accommodating! Sight and Sound Theatre is only a couple miles away. Plan on staying again!」

「This hotel has a high rating??? Never deserved. Breakfast was absolutely terrible and unacceptable. Arrived at the breakfast area at approximately 8 am. No eggs, bacon, no syrup for hot cakes, when the scrambled eggs did appear? whatever they were, I would not feed to my dog, some manufactured substance, certainly not real eggs. The hard-boiled eggs would not separate from the shell when attempted to peel. Brought issues to the attention of the assistant manager, two other staff and finally...

「It is more motel than hotel, but it's clean and wel maintained. Microwave fridge and stove are good, breakfast is very good.」

「Yes excellent breakfast. But at 7am they have an alarm in all the rooms that turn on all the tvs to wake up the guests I guess to go and eat breakfast. We rented 4 rooms and all of them were awaken by the alarm at 7am.」

「We have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and we love the complimentary breakfasts. The hotel is in a good location when traveling to points of interest. Unfortunately, the pool at the hotel was closed during our recent stay. I have had 3 back surgeries and depend on the use of a pool to help my comfort level, especially after a long travel. What a disappointment!」

「I thought the inn was very charming. We were in town to see Sight and Sound and loved that the inn was just a few minutes away and had self check in. Would gladly stay here again next year when we’re back in town.」
