Staff was very courteous, but when we arrived, we discovered that not only was the indoor pool closed for maintenance (main reason we picked this place) but also the free continental breakfast had been discontinued beginning December 1st, for the off-season. Would have appreciated knowing this information when booking through Expedia.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at the Rodeway Inn & Suites in Monticello, Utah, and it was a great place to stay for the night! The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located for travelers passing through the area. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. Perfect spot for a good night’s rest — I’d definitely stay here again! 🏜️

This was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip as far as friendly accommodating staff and cleanliness. The sheets were clean & soft and the bed was comfortable. The carpet was clean and no need to wear socks. Breakfast was good.

The linens on at least one of the beds had not been changed. There was hair on a pillow and the sheets clearly had been slept on. The continental breakfast was canceled "until further notice". We didn't have high expectations, but clean bedding is a must!

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast, good standard fare. Indoor pool currently under repair but we didn't need. Good location for Four Corners and Mesa Verde NP trips one day then south Canyonlands short trip second day. Cortez has major shopping if needed. Local gas prices similar to area, not bad.
