Breakfast muffins was no flavor The shower was painted flaky, when I put my soap on it, it actually peeled up some of the paint. so when I was scrubbing my body, I noticed I had paint chips all over me! False advertisement on having a hot tub and pool. It looks like they were out of service probably 20 years ago. They had dirt and grass growing in it. The bed was definitely outdated. It’s definitely felt like springs on a piece of plywood The TV super small like a computer monitor. 24 inch TV stand definitely has seen better days. Looks like they had a flood on the corners were flaking off. Windows of definitely never been cleaned. They have a little bit of mold or mildew in the corners. But I would say the staff that works here is very nice and polite when you can find them!
False advertisement on the pool and hot tub don’t get your hopes up
Definitely has some plumbing issues you have to hold down toilet handle to get it flush
Chips on the counter for not careful and you put your back against it. It scratches you.
For some reason, somebody thought it would be a great idea to paint the bathtub and you’ll get paint flakes all over you if you use a bar soap

The check in staff was not super welcoming or informative- just basic “ here are your keys “ kinda guy. My boyfriend pointed out a health code rating of “ D” posted in the breakfast area. The hall floors seemed somewhat dingy the room stayed cool. The deadbolt on the door didn’t work neither did the outside door lock so you didn’t need a key to enter, which makes security a bit more questionable. There is no pool. Breakfast was simple. All just okay for 1night so we could go to Delicate arch in the morning.

Hotel needs a bit of love. Room was clean enough, bed comfortable. Lots of noise from other rooms and outside. Continental breakfast ok, way too many tables and chairs in dining area. Not easy to navigate without bumping into someone.

The AC worked. I did not partake in the sugar Fest for the breakfast. It could use some updating here and there but all in all it was a good stay. It has gotten better over the years for sure.

This was one of the worst hotels Ive stayed at, especially for $200 a night. It was all kinda of run down and felt dirty. The staff wasnt super friendly. The bed was atrocious!!! Also at 1am some random women was knocking on everyones doors for some reason and it just was the cherry on top! Would not recommend.

The bathroom smelled like mold, and there were hairs on the walls and counter backsplash. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were awful. We stayed here because it was the last room available under $500. Would not stay again.
