"We had a fantastic night at the Coco Farmstay. The owners were welcoming and helpful, cooked us a delicious (and enormous!) meal, and we were able to hire bikes the next morning to explore the coconut plantations and waterways of the surrounding area. It's in a beautiful location - about a 10 minute taxi from Ben Tre, but well worth the few £'s it costs to get there. A really tranquil and peaceful spot, unlike anything else you'll find in the Delta. The only downside was the storm overnight...

"I have stayed in different rooms in this hotel many times. Seriously, the Hotel are in need of refurbishment. 1. The floor tiles in several of the rooms bathrooms are uneven making the bathtub standing lopsided which, when swayed, would hit the floor causing echos. 2. The hotel used to offer complimentary instant tea & coffee sachets but these are now chargeable 3. Every morning, the cleaning lady would come at 9.30 am and bang on the door crying "Cleaning service". She would continue to bang on the door even when there is no response and then attempt to unlock the door. 4. The doors have gaps between the joints 5. The hotel boss owns Song Tien, Song Tien Annex & Cuu Long Hotel, in my opinion, Song Tien Annex in its disrepaired stated is regarded a dumping ground for budget travellers. "
