"Absolutely loved our stay in this nice, spacious apartment with fantastic hosts. The location is superb - just a short walk to the centre and all the attractions, and very recently even shorter thanks to a glorious new stone-built stairway right opposite the block down to town. Great walks right from the front door, including a famous one starting directly next to the block, heading up towards the gondolas at Czarny Potok, which will take you up to Jaworzyna Krynicka. The hosts were great...

Domki są przestronne, świetnie wyposażone, czyste i urządzone z ogromnym smakiem. Widać dbałość o każdy detal – od wygodnych łóżek, przez nowoczesną kuchnię, po relaksującą strefę SPA. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie – bardzo pomocna, uprzejma i dyskretna. Wszystko dopięte na ostatni guzik, kontakt bezproblemowy, a atmosfera niezwykle przyjazna. To idealne miejsce zarówno na rodzinny wypoczynek, jak i romantyczny wyjazd. Cisza, spokój, piękne widoki i luksusowy standard sprawiają, że naprawdę można się tu zrelaksować i naładować baterie. "I do like the structure, those enclosed bridges allowing you to enjoy the view is really amazing. Customer service was nice to us, after informing Small suites, no too much space between bed/sofa and wall. if you are there in summer time and you need a bit warmer room please let the front desk know in advance and they will make it happen, I didn’t do it and later when I tried to request it was difficult to get a hold with front desk since phones in rooms doesn’t work and my special communication with front desk it didn’t work at that time , son we slept in cold room . was cold that night. We didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant, when we went there no one greet us or pay attention to us. That was weird , so we went to next hotel up the hill and we had good dinner there . other than that, we will recommend this hotel for a nice family time ."

"The rooms are clean and functional as the facility is primarily as a lodge for skiing and hiking. The staff was exceptional. We had purchased flowers as a gift for relatives and upon seeing us taking them to our room, the staff provided us with a vase to keep them in water until we were ready to deliver them. Breakfast is included and is a substantial assortment of selections. We also had one dinner in the restaurant which was excellent: barscz (beet soup) and potato pancakes reminded us of grandma's."

"too croudy. the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food . sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement', .i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing. bad experience"
