「早歺需要改善，太差了，请拿做正歺的热情做早餐！政策也不灵活，住了50多天的老客户也不给延迟退房，一个下午没地方去呆大厅里很尴尬」

I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in...

「A little hard to find at first, but a great place to stay. I had to find a hotel on short notice as the one I reserved turned out to be 50 miles away from Sofia. Friendly staff that always found room for me to park my rental car. Reasonably priced breakfast with a bar. I’lol stay there again next time I visit.」

「I love this hotel and we always really enjoy staying in it. The staff are wonderful - friendly, polite, helpful. Rado in particular was super nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, the facilities as well. The only drawback I’d say is the pool - it’s not very clean and the jets inside it don’t work. The rest of the spa is ok. I think this is an easy fix though so I’d recommend they fix these issues. Other than that, it’s always perfect. 」

「Very clean, super lovely staff (shoutout to Raya who had the best recommendation for a day in Sofia), location is good, 10/15mn away from the historical center and both check in and check out was very straight forward WiFi is a bit unstable but they're working on it and we were on holiday so in a way, it forced us to disconnect a bit which was not a bad thing for us. I'm sincerely looking forward to returning to Dunav Apartment and Sofia!」
