"Peeling wall paper. Stain in the toilet. Musty room. Cobwebs. (I can confirm with pictures if necessary). Paid hundreds of dollars. Feel completely ripped off. Won’t ever come back. I don’t mind paying a lot for a room. I just expect a certain level of care."
