「Location is good. Just about 5 minutes walk from the Bregenz Train Station, and 3 minutes walk to the lake. Outside wall and first floor is currently under re-construction, and won't be finished until the end of June. Staffs are very friendly.」

「入住當晚是平安夜，酒店職員早就已經主動聯絡我們，通知當晚６點後將沒有員工留在酒店，清楚告訴我們如何使用自助登記機進入酒店、拿房卡，我們到達時整個入住過程十分順利，很快就到房間了。房間裡很貼心的預備了一大盤食物（有蘋果、花生、核桃、巧克力、餅乾和一些應節的聖誕餅），感覺很溫馨。房間很舒適，整潔，洗手間也很寬敞，只可惜沒有提供盥洗用品，尤其適逄節日，整個城市的商店都關門了，如果住客自己沒有帶備盥洗用品真的會很麻煩。 第二天早上是聖誕節，想不到也如常提供早餐，讚一個！早餐也不錯！」

「管理混乱，非常糟糕的体验，至今我交了两份钱不知道能不能退还给我一份。我在好订网预订完后直接从信用卡上扣了钱，但入住当晚酒店的前台小姐就查不到订单，但还是给了我钥匙入住，第二天早上退房收了我的现金有没有给我Receipt，打电话给好订网要求退回，但好订网向我要收据证明，难道没有收据酒店就查不到账单了吗？比国内招待所好不了多少的条件居然是四星级？看来奥地利的酒店管理水平跟德国酒店没法比！」
