Die Apartments waren stets sauber, die Lage an Promenade und Strand sehr gut und wir hatten schöne Kurzurlaube. In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verändert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-Abläufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen. Schlecht war, dass das Bettzeug bei Ankunft schmutzig war und nur Handtücher für 3 Personen, aber nicht 4 Personen bereit lagen. "The apartment 419 is located at 3rd floor of Casa Marina Apartment House. Good: location; walking distance to promenade and beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Bad: worn furniture in the apartment (sofas and armchairs partly dirty, beds creak, table partly damaged); not enough knives (6, but we were 7). I highly recommend to replace the dirty/damaged furniture. "

"Before you book this apartment there are a few things you need to consider. It is about 25 min walk to the main molo area with shops and restaurants. I would not recommend driving.  It is hard to find parking downtown and you have to pay for parking. The local grocery store is about 15 min walk.
