Fabulous!

The room is as seen in picture. Perfect location... Right in front of beach. Ocean view balconies! Reception lady is polite and helpful... Wide selection of bars and restaurants near by too!

Really nice and clean room but everything else where terrible, dirty and very old. The staff was laying in the few chairs and there were no place else to sit, not even in the small garden. We wantet a quiet vaccation but it was noicy from the mainstreet in front. We decided to leave again after 2 nights even we already paid for more.

Das sind Ehrliche Leute das Zimmer ist sauber und genau so wie im Internet abgebildet.Eine gute lage und Freundliche Besitzer. 100% anders als im Grand Oriental Colombo gebucht Zimmer mit Hafenblichk. Einquertiert in eine dreckige Schimmelpilzbude. Von Expedia ist da keine Hilfe zu erwarten Chat mit Kundendienst ist schade für die Zeit wird!ignorriert.

The not so wonderful “penthouse”

we got the “penthouse” in the villa with views over the beach, however, there were too many flaws to this villa. We had booked two nights and we seriously considered leaving after just one. Up to the top floor we needed to go up a “fire-escape” stairway and we just thought “seriously(?)”. Inside the room we found a good variety of insects and at night we could hear rats running inside the wall or on the roof. We were lucky if we got water out of the shower and especially warm water (super small tank on the wall). Overall, I would not recommend this place. There must be better places to crash in Mirissa....

Probably the best location, right in front of the main entrance to the beach, and from the balcony we get a full view of Mirissa beach. We were on the 3rd floor.

Fantastic location, cute hotel

A good hotel with a great location. We did have to wait for our room for about 45mins as it wasn’t cleaned and when we did get in it was ok, the bed had some dirt in it and there was water all over the bathroom floor but nothing major. They have limited English but we’re helpful when needed. Great location, right across the road from the main beach. Nice hot shower and bed was comfy. Would stay again.
