「Réservation faite avec Expedia 1 adulte 1 enfant de 10 ans , petits déjeuners inclus. Une erreur a été commise puisque l'enfant n'a pas été pris en compte. Ma fille a dû repayé le petit déjeuner et l'hôtel ment en disant qu'elle n'a payé que la taxe locale x 2 alors qu'elle ne s'applique pas aux mineurs. Une honte de ne pas prendre ses responsabilités !!!」

「Had a great stay at the property, which is in a nice small village outside of Carcassonne. The breakfast was very nice, with various breads and jams fruits and such. The bathroom was quite large and the room had ample pace and such for clothes. There is a restaurant about 50m away that is very good. Probably the best part is that the proprietrix is wonderful.」

The rooms are super nice, recently renovated and the shower is just out if this world!!! :) They were very kind with us, the breakfast was great and always nice to have some help to move around or to recommend places to eat from them. 「Excellent stay, beautiful, quaint hotel with very helpful staff. Very clean, with daily house keeping. Couldn’t find fault and would stay again. If I was asked to find anything at all i would have preferred, it would be to have liquid hand wash was instead of a bar. And shower gel rather than shampoo. However, this did not affect our stay at all.」

「Fabulous location, charming and welcoming hosts, great attention to detail, laid back, languid and comfortable. The ambience is southern France to a tee, but with a Canadian accent. Breakfast is not cooked, but the choices and quality of foods will leave you well satiated. Chris and Lisa are chock full of information to get you started on your visit to Carcassonne, including area restaurant choices. Full marks all round, a real gem.」
