「Staff were all friendly, hotel clean, buffet breakfast which was included was great! Off season so pool was not open nor was beach access which were 2 of the main reasons for booking here」

「I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately...」
