「De room The room we were given on the second attempt was very proper. The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly and did everything she could to correct the mistake. Compliments to her. The lady in the restaurant during breakfast also deserves a big compliment. With the many limitations, she tried to think in terms of solutions. No any spoons available. The restaurant during dinner was terrible in every respect. The service: people who have to do this work without any training...

「Our 12th floor room had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were exceptional and genuinely friendly. Omelette station at breakfast made my day. The outdoor pool was a cool, refreshing temperature though the jacuzzi could have been hotter (especially at night time and yes, even in the tropical heat, it gets breezy up on the 5th floor where the pool is).」

「Llegué 10:30 pm , no hay quien te estacione el carro ni quien te d e información de tú estacionarte y a donde dirigir. Al final apareció un joven que tenía 10 min. platicando con el personal de makoto y de marriot , nos vio y no hizo nada , los cojines del sofá huele a humedad」
