"All I can say is Wow !!!! The manager Mr Pradal , The Manager I call her Rupa , Indra the server , The house keeping Manager and team. Mr. Sanjay from in room dining and the chefs are all such incredible thoughtful human beings They are a gift to humanity We are so happy here that we feel at home and we have extended It is a lovely hotel it is so perfect for relaxing being pampered and receiving all the tender loving care that you would want at a home away from home . I love it here and I’m grateful They really take the Taj level of service and exemplify it Thank you We found our new home in New town"

"Ok set up and well maintained throughout. Some building work around so there are issues with noise and dust. Hotel staff needs training in customer care and reception skills. Does not allow food and drinks from outside. The hotel’s food and drinks at a good standard with reasonable prices. Near to airport and walkable distance to metro (Jessore road) so that’s a plus"
